This notice covers this free-guide website and the Instagram comment-to-DM guide campaign associated with @eleanorwithtaste. For questions, contact the account by Instagram direct message.

Downloading the guide

The PDF is publicly available without entering a name, email address or Instagram account. This website does not contain a sign-up form, advertising pixels or analytics scripts added by Eleanor. The hosting service may process technical request information, such as IP addresses and browser information, to deliver and protect the site. Hosting-provider processing is separate from the Instagram campaign described below.

Messages on Instagram

If you contact @eleanorwithtaste, your message and account information are available in the Instagram inbox for manual review. Instagram is a separate service operated by Meta; its own privacy practices apply to your use of Instagram. Do not send passwords, payment details, identity documents or other sensitive information to request this free guide.

Instagram comment-to-DM delivery

We use Instagram and Turnflow for the free-guide campaign. When the campaign is active, a comment containing 🤍 or ❤️ on the designated reel triggers an opening DM. Follow @eleanorwithtaste and press “I'm following” in that message. The service checks follow status before sending the guide link. If the check is unsuccessful, the message offers another attempt.

This workflow uses comment content and Instagram identifiers to recognize and respond to a guide request, and DM button interactions and follow-check results to determine the next response. This describes the campaign workflow, not a complete list of information processed by Instagram or Turnflow. Their own privacy policies apply to information they process. See Turnflow’s privacy policy.

Retention and access

Campaign records may be retained by Instagram and Turnflow under their own policies. We have not verified a fixed deletion period for this campaign. You can request review of records accessible to the account operator using the contact route below.

Requesting deletion

You can request manual review of any free-guide-related information held by the account operator. Send “Delete my free-guide data” to @eleanorwithtaste from the Instagram account concerned. See the data-deletion instructions for details, the limits of this request and how to follow up.

The date at the top identifies this version. We will update this notice when the described service or its handling of information changes.
