Request data deletion
For the Eleanor free guide and its Instagram comment-to-DM campaign associated with @eleanorwithtaste.
You can ask the account operator to review free-guide-related information, including correspondence in the Instagram inbox and campaign records accessible through Turnflow. Requests are reviewed manually; sending a message does not automatically delete information.
How to make a request
- Open @eleanorwithtaste on Instagram.
- From the account whose information you want reviewed, send a direct message using the wording below. If possible, include the approximate date you requested the guide.
- Keep the conversation so you can follow up and receive a manual response.
Delete my free-guide data. Please review and delete any free-guide delivery records associated with this Instagram account, and tell me the outcome.
What happens next
A person must review the request and verify which account and records it concerns. Sending the message does not automatically delete data. No specific response or completion time is promised on this page. If clarification is needed, continue in the same conversation; do not send passwords or identity documents.
The review concerns information held by the account operator for the free guide. Where applicable, this includes campaign records accessible through Turnflow and related Instagram correspondence. A response can explain whether matching records were found and what action was taken. Any reason information cannot be deleted should be explained in that response.
Important limits
This request does not delete your Instagram account, erase a PDF you already downloaded, or delete information retained separately by Meta, Turnflow or a hosting provider. It is not an automatic deletion callback. Use the relevant service’s own controls for information it holds independently.
If you cannot access the original Instagram account, contact @eleanorwithtaste from another account and explain that limitation. The operator may be unable to identify or verify the relevant records from that message alone.
